Foods that Flatten Your Abs Fast!

Lets be clear, we all want flat abs and in all honesty we should want flat abs simply because belly fat alone is threatening to your health! Belly fat is a dangerous kind of fat because it surrounds the internal organs that puts people at high risk for developing several kinds of health problems including diabetes, different types of cancer, liver problems,heart disease and a risk for sudden death!
One of things that stand out about me the most as official Fitness Trainer are my consistent FLAT ABS! As a Fitness Trainer, my role is to always lead by example as it wouldn't make any sense for me to give you any advice on how to get flat abs if my abs aren't!

A frequently asked question that I often get is what foods do I eat in order to obtain & maintain flat abs?
The following belly fat-burning foods are a staple in my regimen for maintaining my flat abs:
1. Fruits
I love fruit and the many juicy benefits that comes bursting out of every bite! Fruits are rich in minerals,vitamins, antioxidants and vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber. Fruits are low in calories, high in fiber, lowers risk of diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure and linked to a lower body weight. Fat-burning fruits include watermelons, strawberries, apples and grapes. However, make sure you don't overdo it with fruits as many contain a lot of sugar so be mindful of how much fruit you eat.

2.Green Vegetables

When it comes to vegetables call me Popeye because spinach is my favorite!*Kisses Biceps* I literally eat spinach 5 times or more a week! Vegetables like spinach, avocados, asparagus, collard greens, kale, broccoli, carrots, and turnip are rich in antioxidants, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Not only are these green leafy vegetables super nutritious, they also reduce belly fat aiding in digestion and reduces inflammation. Definitely contributes to my flat abs!
2.Beans

One of the healthiest foods you can eat are beans! They are exceptionally great for belly fat loss because they are rich is soluble fiber that fights off inflammation that causes belly fat to accumulate! You would also love to know that the consumption of beans reduces the risk of obesity!
3.Eggs

I love eggs! Especially the way it shows in the picture! Avocado toast with egg is so delicious! Eggs are an excellent source of protein that builds lean muscle and keeps you fuller longer. Studies shows that consuming two eggs a day can reduce your waist circumference! Having two boiled eggs in the morning is my go to on most days!
4. Mushrooms

Mushrooms are high in protein, low in calories and an excellent source of vitamin D! They are so universal and easy to prepare which makes it so easy to fit them into your daily meals! I add them to my salads and soups, and sometimes eat them sauteed alone!
5. Nuts

Nuts like pistachios, macadamia nuts, walnuts and pine nuts are great for loosing weight! These nuts are packed with healthy fats and protein! Consuming nuts helps the risk of type 2 diabetes and helps prevent obesity.
Other Things You Can Do To Lose Belly Fat
Unfortunately, eating these foods alone will not make you loose belly fat fast, you will also need a good workout program. Just like faith without work is dead, so is proper nutrition with out exercise and vice versa. Its important to note that you should exercise regularly, our bodies require it.
